Do not take Augmentin 1.2 gm if you are also using a antibiotic such as Ciprofloxacin or spectrum-blinded ciprofloxacin. Before starting the treatment, consult your doctor to ensure you need these medications. Augmentin 1.2 gm may not be safe or effective if you have certain conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, had a stroke or heart attack, had a liver transplant, have kidney disease, have recently had a bone or joint infection, are taking other medicines, have recently had a serious infection, are taking alpha blockers or probenecid, have depression, have prostate cancer, have kidney disease, smoke, or are pregnant.

Azithromycin 1.4 gm

Azithromycin 1.4 gm should be used only for bacterial infections since it may not be effective against viral infections. It may not be safe or effective if you have protein C or iron disorders. If you have liver problems or you are taking cyclosporine, erythromycin, or metronidazole, azithromycin may not be safe or effective. If you are a woman, azithromycin may not be safe or effective. If you are allergic to any of the medicines in this medicine class, or any of the ingredients in this medicine class, do not take it. Before starting the treatment, consult your doctor to ensure you need them. If you have any questions about the use of Augmentin 1.4 gm, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Doxycycline 1.2 gm should be used only for bacterial infections since it may not be effective against viral infections. It may not be safe or effective if you have liver problems or you are taking other medicines. If you are a man, azithromycin may not be safe or effective.
